I stopped using the app. I tried again last night with a new account and that one was also flagged and I finally caved and sent my information as I was starving. I restarted the app and everything and even wrote back to them in their email and they just copied and pasted the email they sent previously telling me that my account was able to be used.

Which it was not. I was finally able to order however the restaurant that I wanted to order from had closed during all this useless back and forth.
